This definition might seem friendly, the impact of man on the world, but, in reality, it’s kind of a catastrophe for what we have seen in the last one hundred years.
The precedent era, the Holocene, corresponded with a decisive moment for human development, and even more, for the development of the diversity of animal and plant species in our world, thanks mainly to this era very stable conditions that allowed species to developed and prosper in this world.
The end of the Holocene means that this equilibrium is no longer present. Now, humanity is changing the world, creating a new balance. Unfortunately, we are just now finding ways that humankind impacted our planet badly in the past, meaning that all this power that humanity now has is not under control.
